Make-ready is the process of preparing a utility pole to safely accept a new cable. This often involves moving existing cables (like power, phone, or cable TV) to create the required separation space specified by safety codes. It can also include structural upgrades or even replacing an old pole that cannot handle the new load. We manage this coordination for you.

A pole transfer is when we move existing services from an old pole to a new one that is set beside it. This is a critical, high-coordination task. Our project managers work with all utility owners to schedule the transfers in the correct sequence—typically power first, then other communications providers—to minimize service interruptions and complete the work safely.
